Vertebrex Quick Start Guide

Let's Get Going

Welcome, and thank you for choosing Vertebrex. Getting started is simple — move with control, breathe steadily, and adjust the pressure to match your comfort level. Make Vertebrex part of your routine to support relaxation and comfortable movement as you stay active. 

 

Getting Ready

  • Before you begin, tuck in any loose clothing and tie back long hair to keep it clear of the rollers.
  • Place Vertebrex on a firm surface, such as the floor, or position it between your body and a wall.

Floor Use — Apply Gentle Pressure

  • Lie beside Vertebrex and gently lift your hips and lower back. 
  • Slide the tool underneath, aligning it so your spine rests comfortably between the rollers. 
  • Slowly lower your body weight onto the rollers until you reach a level of pressure that feels controlled and comfortable.

Wall Use — Apply Gentle Pressure

  • Stand with your back toward a wall and place Vertebrex between your body and the wall. 
  • Adjust its position to the desired area, then slowly lean back to apply gentle, controlled pressure.

Move Slowly & Breathe

  • Shift your body gradually and pause on areas that feel tight for 20–30 seconds, breathing steadily as you relax into the movement.
